IRON PERFORMANCE

Iron Performance is a high-intensity, functional training program utilizing a mix of olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, running, rowing, and more. This program is split into different levels based on the athlete’s current abilities. 

 


LEVEL 1 BEGINNER

Developing a foundation for high intensity training is crucial to an athlete’s success and safety.  Our beginner class is designed specifically for this.   In Level 1, athletes will learn all of the fundamental movements used throughout our intermediate and advanced programming.  Coaches will then assess the athlete to determine movement competency and readiness to graduate to Level 2.    

 


LEVEL 2: INTERMEDIATE

For those athletes with experience in high intensity training, we dive right in with developing gymnastic abilities and overall metabolic conditioning by utilizing greater workloads and shorter rest intervals.  Within this program, we have developed strength and muscular endurance cycles as well as integrated maximum effort testing to ensure continued progression and success.  Before beginning Level 2, athletes are required to show fundamental movement competency.



LEVEL 3: ADVANCED

Our highest level of training, specifically designed for those looking to increase competitive capabilities.  Athletes will be tested prior to admittance to ensure required baseline abilities.

     


IRON GRIT
STRENGH & CONDITIONING
FOR ALL LEVELS

in grit we are focusing on the athletes QUALITY of movement, body control, and creating an overall better athlete.
Stronger, faster while keeping quality form. 

The program is set up in cycles followed by a deload week that leads into a max week, we then work off the athletes percentages. 

The conditioning focus varies but will also focus on either endurance or sprint conditioning. 
 

We use all lifts except split jerk, snatch and overhead squat.

There are no gymnastics.

IRON CROSSBREED
Conditioning class

Crossbreed is a class designed to work all aspects of cardio! we will work on the athletes overall endurance, footwork, agility and quality of movement. there will be a mix of sprinting, long distance running, sleds, sandbags, weighted runs, plyos, etc... This will push you to your limits and teach you how to pace workouts.

* no barbell work involved in crossbreed

IRON GLOVES
CHANGE UP YOUR CONDITIONING REGIMENT WITH THIS 60 minute
high intensity boxing class. each athlete has their own heavy bag! You are taught proper form on how to punch, KICK and move.
you start with 10 min warm up, 30-40 min of heavy bag work,
10 min core & cool down.


FOR ALL LEVELS
*you will not spar in this class.
* athlete is responsible for bringing their own wraps and gloves

OPEN GYM
only available to UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS MON-FRI.
Available to all memberships Sat. & Sun.

6300 sq. ft. facility. Protein shake bar where you have the option of a blended fruit smoothie with whey or vegan protein. kill cliff, coconut water, and gallon jugs AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. 2 Showers. AND AN on site sports massage therapist.
